Neuro Case Management Support
Our Case Management Support service is open to our referral community to support your management of neurological cases. In the event that your client chooses not to proceed with a neurologic consultation at the VSCAN, you may request advice on the case from our neurology team.

This report does not replace a physical examination or neurologic examination.
A fee of $75 +HST will be charged to your clinic for this service.
