Dr. Gabriel Costa Larizzatti is a Veterinary Clinician in Anesthesiology at the VSCAN. He earned his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

 

Passionate about animal welfare, Dr. Larizzatti has experience working in shelters, rehabilitating wildlife rescued from trafficking, and managing his own small animal hospital.

 

Gabriel’s fascination with anesthesia began during his second year of veterinary school. After graduating,he focused on anesthesia and pain management while providing veterinary services across Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. He later joined the VSCAN team to further his expertise.

 

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, cycling with his wife and dog, and playing video games.
